POLICY VALID UP TO 30 DAYS FROM DELIVERY
ALL SALES BECOME FINAL AFTER 30 DAYS
Please INSPECT YOUR PACKAGE UPON RECEIPT to ensure no damage or issues occurred during transit. If you fail to inspect your package and there is a problem, we may not be able to accommodate you past the 30-day window.
ADDITIONAL IMAGES
You may request additional (non-stock) images or videos of our products if you need additional information before placing an order. These images will be "real-life" warehouse or customer-provided photos of installed products.

We want you to feel like every item perfectly matches your home. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll help you get things sorted out and have you on your way. Please note that due to the nature of some of our products, many restrictions apply, specifically in the case of our lighting.
RETURNS
You can return most items for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery depending on the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNINSTALLED AND UNUSED, and in the same condition that you received it. All returned items must be sent back to us using the original shipping boxes and packing materials. If your item was damaged during transit to you, and your box is not in good condition, please pack items VERY CAREFULLY in the ORIGINAL packaging and obtain A LARGER BOX that will accommodate the ORIGINAL BOX AND PACK THE ORIGINAL BOX INSIDE THE LARGER BOX,
Please pack your item securely and retape it, if necessary, with quality packaging tape. If your original box is damaged you may have to pack it into a larger box. However, the original packaging must be sent back.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was DELIVERED, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
ONCE YOUR RETURN IS RECEIVED IT WILL BE INSPECTED FOR DAMAGES, MISSING PARTS, AND FUNCTIONALITY. IF YOUR RETURN DOES NOT PASS THE INSPECTION, YOU WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 50% FEE.
For items that shipped free, our shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. (This means both shipping fees to and back will be deducted.)
SALE ITEMS
Items purchased during a sale a subject to the standard RETURN POLICY above unless marked as FINAL SALE.
All transit and shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Refunds for SALE items will be issued at the sale price.
Sale items purchased with a gift card will be refunded in the form of a store credit, the issue of a new gift card, or a credit back on the original gift card.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your package is damaged during transit. please contact us immediately and provide several pictures of the damages. You may Email us at: info@designsandinspirations.com or you may contact our central TEXT LINE at 1-912-200-2290. Once your information is reviewed, we will send you a replacement part or issue a store credit toward the purchase of a different product. (In some cases, the damaged product may need to be returned)
In the case of defective products, clear video and images, and a report from a licensed electrician must be submitted detailing the issue you are having before a replacement product or store credit is issued.
In cases of broken crystals, replacement parts will be sent to you at no charge.
The time limit to report a problem is 30 days from the delivery date. If 30 days have gone by since your item was delivered, and you discover a problem, we will not be able to accommodate a return or replacement.
INSTALLATION
Our lighting must be installed by a professional experienced electrician and in many cases must also be familiar with dealing with LED driver installation.
Chandelier lift attachments, modifications, and accessories are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
FINAL SALES
For 2-story lighting, oversized lighting that is 120cm or more in height or length: ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All Customized Items are also a FINAL SALE.
Items discounted by 45% OR MORE from Retail Price, this includes any nonsale discount, or make and offer discounts are a final sale unless it is defective or damaged, in which case a replacement item (or parts) will be sent or STORE CREDIT will be issued. (THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO REGULAR SALE ITEMS)
Gift Cards are a Final Sale
Installed products with cut wires cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 to 7 days.
Transaction and shipping fees will not be refunded.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank account or your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted between 3-5 business days.
LUXURY FURNITURE
Any luxury furniture ordered is subject to the return policies of its respective Covet Group brand (Brabbu, Boca Do Lobo, Caffe Latte, Luxxu, etc.) Please refer to the Terms and Conditions tab under the description of each furniture product for the specific policy on returns.
**If your furniture is shipped for free, any returns MUST be completed within 10 days of receiving the item(s). The return must be received in conjunction with a return goods authorization number, which can be obtained through the Customer Care Team. The item(s) must be returned undamaged, unused, and in its/their original packaging or else the return will be voided. Returns are for defective merchandise only. No cash refunds, store credit only.**
RETURN CHARGES
If your item qualifies for Free Return Shipping, we will issue you a prepaid return shipping label. Please note you may have to take your package to an authorized drop-off location or schedule a pick-up with USPS OR UPS
Free Returns are valid on select items in the 48 contiguous United States only; does not apply to freight-other restrictions may apply.
If your item was delivered via freight, your return is subject to a freight pick-up fee which will be deducted from your return. You will receive a call to schedule a freight pick-up appointment within 2-3 business days.
Please note, items requiring freight delivery and/or returns are only available for shipment to addresses in the 48 contiguous US states.
If your return arrives damaged DUE TO POOR PACKAGING FOR THE RETURN you will be subject to a 50% fee.
NON-US/INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
You must contact us to receive authorization (RMA) for your return.
Returns made without a Return Merchandise Authorization will not be accepted.
Write the Return Merchandise Authorization on the return form sent to you from your RMA email.
Customers who have shipped items to Canada, Europe, Australia, and other non-US territories are responsible for arranging and covering all charges related to return shipping on orders originally delivered.
International orders must contact us for the correct return shipping address. All items must be insured and have a tracking number.
If your return arrives damaged you will be subject to a 50% fee.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item, you will be sent a return label for the original product and issued a store credit to purchase your new item once your original purchase is received. Please note that your item must be unused and arrive in its original condition. Your package will be subject to inspection. If your exchange arrives damaged you will be subject to a 50% fee. Courtesy credits are only applicable to retail prices.

CANCELING AN ORDER
We submit your order for processing as quickly as possible, This time ranges between 4 hours to 24 hours. If you place an order and would like to cancel it please contact us immediately. Once an order is submitted for processing it cannot be canceled. An order cannot be canceled once it has shipped.
DESIGN SERVICES
Due to the nature of the work provided e-design service fees are NON-Refundable. If more than 3 months or 90 calendar days have elapsed since your last contact with your designer regardless of the reason any pre-paid fees will not be refunded. If there are special circumstances for your lack of communication with your designer, please ensure that you make your situation clear to your designer so that we may pause your services. Services can only be paused for up to 4 months or 120 days. No refunds will be processed past this time period.
