DESIGNS AND INSPIRATIONS AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Date: 1/31/2023

Thank you for joining the Designs and Inspirations Affiliate Program. Our goal is to build long-term partnerships that are beneficial for both our affiliates and our brand. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. COMMISSION STRUCTURE

• Affiliates earn a 5% commission on qualifying sales generated through their affiliate link.

• Commission rates may be reviewed and increased up to 10% for affiliates who consistently generate quality traffic and strong sales performance.

• Commission increases are granted solely at the discretion of Designs and Inspirations.

  1. QUALIFYING SALES

A qualifying sale is a completed purchase made through an approved affiliate link.

Commissions will not be paid on:

• Refunded orders
• Cancelled orders
• Fraudulent transactions
• Self-purchases made by the affiliate
• Orders that violate these terms

  1. PAYMENT TERMS

• Commissions are paid every 90 days.

• The minimum payout threshold is $100.

• If the minimum threshold is not met, earnings will roll over to the next payment period until the threshold is reached.

3A. PAYMENT INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate and complete payment information, including a valid PayPal email address, before commissions can be paid.

If an affiliate reaches the minimum payout threshold but has not provided valid payment information, Designs and Inspirations will attempt to contact the affiliate using the email address associated with their affiliate account.

Designs and Inspirations will make up to three (3) reasonable attempts to request the required payment information.

If the affiliate does not respond and provide valid payment information within sixty (60) days of the first payment information request, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited and removed from the affiliate account.

Designs and Inspirations is not responsible for delayed or missed payments resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated payment information provided by the affiliate.

3B. COMMISSION DISPUTES

Any questions or disputes regarding commission calculations or payments must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days of the payment date.

After thirty (30) days, commission records and payment amounts will be considered final and accepted by the affiliate.

Designs and Inspirations reserves the right to rely on its affiliate tracking and payment records when resolving any commission-related inquiries.

  1. APPROVED TRAFFIC SOURCES

Affiliates may promote Designs and Inspirations using:

• Personal websites and blogs
• Social media platforms
• YouTube channels
• Pinterest
• Email newsletters sent to subscribers who have opted in
• Content marketing
• Product reviews
• Educational and informational content
• Organic search engine traffic (SEO)

All promotional activities must be truthful, professional, and compliant with applicable laws and platform policies.

  1. PROHIBITED PROMOTIONAL METHODS

The following activities are not allowed:

• Spam email
• Unsolicited messages
• Misleading advertisements
• False claims about products or services
• Fake reviews or testimonials
• Cookie stuffing
• Affiliate fraud
• Incentivized clicks or purchases
• Use of malware, bots, or automated traffic
• Promotion on websites containing illegal, hateful, discriminatory, violent, or adult content
• Any activity that may harm the reputation of Designs and Inspirations

  1. GOOGLE ADS POLICY

Google Ads may be used only with prior written approval from Designs and Inspirations.

Before launching any Google Ads campaign, affiliates must provide:

• Proposed keyword list
• Sample ad copy
• Landing page URL(s)

Affiliates may not launch a Google Ads campaign until approval has been granted.

The following Google Ads activities are prohibited:

• Bidding on "Designs and Inspirations."
• Bidding on misspellings or variations of the Designs and Inspirations brand name
• Bidding on the Designs and Inspirations website domain
• Using Designs and Inspirations in ad headlines without written permission
• Creating ads that imply the affiliate is the official Designs and Inspirations website
• Using deceptive, misleading, or inaccurate advertising claims

Approved Google Ads campaigns should focus on relevant industry, product, and informational keywords rather than brand-specific searches.

  1. GOOGLE ADS MONITORING AND COMPLIANCE

To maintain brand protection and program integrity, Designs and Inspirations reserves the right to monitor affiliate advertising activities.

Affiliates agree to provide the following information upon request:

• Current keyword lists
• Active ad copy
• Landing page URLs
• Traffic source information

Designs and Inspirations may periodically review search engine results and affiliate advertising activity to ensure compliance with program guidelines.

Failure to provide requested information within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension or termination from the affiliate program.

  1. DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS

Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship when required by applicable laws and regulations.

Examples include statements such as:

"This post contains affiliate links. I may earn a commission if you make a purchase through these links."

Affiliates are responsible for complying with all FTC disclosure requirements and any applicable advertising regulations.

  1. BRAND USAGE

Affiliates may use approved marketing materials provided by Designs and Inspirations.

Affiliates may not:

• Modify logos without permission
• Misrepresent the company
• Claim partnership levels or endorsements that do not exist
• Present themselves as employees or official representatives of Designs and Inspirations

  1. PROGRAM CHANGES

Designs and Inspirations reserves the right to update these terms, commission structures, or program policies at any time.

Affiliates will be notified of material changes when practical.

  1. TERMINATION

Designs and Inspirations may suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time if the affiliate:

• Violates these terms
• Engages in fraudulent activity
• Damages the reputation of the brand
• Fails to comply with monitoring requests
• Uses prohibited advertising methods

Unpaid commissions generated through violations of these terms may be withheld or forfeited.

  1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Participation in the Designs and Inspirations Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

By participating in the program, affiliates acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with these requirements.
