• Because of the high-standard of our clients, our company will take care of all minor maintenance and repairs throughout the entire lease term.
• Property will always be in pristine condition as it gets professionally cleaned for every guest. It will be deep cleaned 4 - 8x a month.
• We pay rent early.
• We screen all of our guests prior to booking a stay so that we only cater to the guests that fit within our guidelines. Our goal is to maintain great relationships with the owners that we work with and represent our brand and the Savannah area well.
• We do not allow parties, smoking, or pets and enforce the local 9 pm to 8 am quiet hours. We strive to respect our neighbors and the tranquility of the community.

Meet the Managing Partners

Kyle Mathews is a Military Veteran who calls the Savannah area home. Along with his wife Lissa, he founded D&I in 2019 and is experienced in eCommerce store Launch, Management, and Marketing. Kyle held positions in the National Intelligence community that require some of the highest levels of vetting and public trust. He owns two homes and has a 700+ credit score.

Lissa Mathews is the personality behind the Designs and Inspirations (D&I) brand. A self-taught designer, Lissa has always had a love for the craft and approaches her work with a drive for excellence and a selfless spirit. Her design experience unfolded over the course of two decades of casually decorating the homes of her friends, family, and acquaintances.

What started as a hobby soon turned into a business venture. After receiving numerous commendations on her innate eye for design, décor, and interior styling, Lissa took her passion into professional interior decorating. She started an Instagram page called Designs and Inspirations, which features the styles and designers that best express Lissa’s tastes in stylish luxury décor. The Designs and Inspirations page took off and now has over 300k followers. She expanded D&I into eCommerce, launching designsandinspirations.com.
