How often are the properties cleaned?

Each location is professionally deep-cleaned for each guest and restocked with fresh towels and other supplies. Guests must provide their own food. 

What is your policy on parties or other gatherings?

Use of the property is limited to the guests themselves including their children. Parties and other gatherings are not permitted. By local ordinance, quiet hours must be observed between 9 pm and 8 am. 

Can I bring my pet?

Pets are not permitted. Exceptions may be granted for service animals on a case-by-case basis.

How can I book my stay?

You may book through AirBnB, VRBO, or any of our other listing services. All Savannah Short Term Rentals require the execution of an Exemplar Agreement per local ordinance, which confirms the guest's commitment to follow the City's pertinent rules. This will be sent to you after booking.
